Reporting a calculation issue

Please include:

  1. The page URL and the input method you selected.
  2. Every input value, with its unit.
  3. The result displayed and the result you expected.
  4. The formula or source used for comparison, if you have one.

For roof measurements, mention whether the distance is horizontal, vertical or along a slope, and whether it includes an overhang. That helps distinguish a calculation error from a difference in reference points.

Other feedback

We welcome reports of unclear instructions, keyboard or screen-reader problems, and issues on smaller screens. Device and browser names help reproduce display problems. You do not need to send an address, payment information or private building plans.
